Annabelle & Rachel met at catering college back in 2008. With a love of food they both new they wanted to work together providing a personal 'chef at home' catering experience for customers providing top quality service and food.
Dinner party catering is the perfect fit for us, we are a small business where you speak to one of the owners from the moment you pick up the phone through to the end of your catering event.
Inspiration comes from Rachel's time spent in Australia working in a seafood restaurant in Sydney. Annabelle took much inspiration from attending chef courses at Leiths School of Food & Wine.
Our business is has very much changed from the start-up where we began with celebration cakes & working lunches. Giving us great experience with customers we knew we had to change as we wanted to do more cooking and celebration catering. We now have focused on our main passions, dinner parties, canapes and afternoon teas. We love nothing more than planning new exciting menus following current food trends and keeping things fresh and creative. At the moment we love the hen party trend of having private catering in their hired cottages this is as much fun for us as it is the hens, we love being part of their fun weekend.
We very much want to have a business that works for us around family life, both have children and wanted to find a way of working flexibly which this business very much allows us to do.
